The property includes 5 bedrooms, each with a full en suite garden bath. Each bedroom includes LCD TV, DVD and iPod dock. The villa living area centers on a combined living and dining area with an integrated bar space and faces the courtyard, garden and pool. The large poolside bale overlooks the river and the neighboring rice fields; two smaller bales located on the river provide a casual places to relax and enjoy the day.

Simona includes a complete dedicated spa facility. The spa sits on the triangular piece of land at the point where  two rivers meet. A sacred underground spring was recently discovered on this enchanted spot, making it the perfect setting for a spa. On the opposite side of the river is Batur Sari Temple, where the local Balinese people make offerings of flowers and fruit to the gods. The spa area is accessed via a little bridge under a pergola dripping in cascading thunbergia, bounded by torch ginger, giant taro leaves and frangipani trees. Guests will be greeted by a pair of open-air, raised, stone bathtubs exquisitely hand carved in classical motifs.

Simona Oasis & Spa is focused on luxury lifestyle and accordingly it is completely private and the staff are discreet, professional and able to deliver whatever the guest may desire. A full time chef provides excellent food and beverages from either a house menu or to order.
